Visit the Naragebup Rockingham Regional Environment Centre today, it's a great place, we went to check out the place for our self because we had seen alot about them from the local news paper

We found the center to be very cool, alot of hard work has gone into this building and it's great to see the different things the center has to offer, it made me think abit, the center has covered very subject i can think of.

Naragebup will keep you busy looking at all the displays in the center, you can view the history of the Thrombolites on how they were made and why they are so rare. The center also offers the kids a touch and feel tray with lots of goodies for the kids to feel such a gonnana skin, wales tooth and many more, also in the same part of the center you can view different types of snakes and bug in class jars.

To the other end of the center you can view the fish aquariums and models of Garden Island and Penguin Island, as you travel to the out side of the center you can view the new Garden Island display which is sponsor by the Dept of Defence, there are so many thing to do and see at the Naragebup Rockingham Regional Environment Centre.

Naragebup was recently honoured with a Community Stewardship Award under the Dept. of Fisheries Reward and Recognition programme.You can view the Certificate at the front foyer at Naragebup.
